I was introduced to Pastor Yvette in April of 2020. The very first conversation she
listened. SHE LISTENED!!! For 4 hours to be exact. Before meeting her, I knew God, had
given my life to HIM at the age of 12 but the prior years 2018 and 2019 pushed me back a
few steps and I was in a spiritual and physical crisis. She said to me you cannot heal from
what you do not reveal and at that moment I let it all go. She normalized what I was going
through and most of it she personally identified with and those that she didn’t she quickly
used one of the many scriptures that let me know that nothing is new under the sun and
God covers that as well. I was used to being taken advantage of, but she showed me what it
was like to be accepted for me and not pushed away with simple responses like maybe it’s
your fault you are going through what you are going through because you did something
wrong or maybe you should fast and pray more. I began joining the Saturday Family
Meeting calls and rapidly felt like family. She has been a mother, disciplinarian, teacher,
therapist, pastor, and most importantly a pusher. I love you Pastor Yvette!

I think it's instrumental for non-Christians, and new believers, alike to know that
it's never too late to follow the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Anything is possible with our Lord.
My leaders have helped me so much in my journey back to God's Word and his everlasting,
unconditional love. All their teachings, support, and our family orientated community have
meant EVERYTHING in my walk with Jesus.
